Mary Dorn

Mary I. •• Dorn passed away Tuesday at the age of 78. She was born on November 21, 1935 to Bill and Margerite Green in Casper, Wyoming. Mary was raised and lived all her life in Casper and graduated from Natrona County High School in 1954. Mary went on to marry the love of her life Bill on January 21, 1956, and together they raised their son Kary. After Kary started school Mary went to work for Wyoming National Bank, where she worked for 14 years until retiring. During retired life she was partners with husband Bill owning and operating the Horseshoe Bar, where she would greet every customer with a smile. Mary enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, fishing, waterskiing, playing cards, golfing, and traveling, as long as husband Bill was by her side. To capture all of life's exciting moments Mary always carried a camera which most of the time had film in it, but not always. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Bill, parents Bill Green and Margerite Green and sister Margerite Dudley. Mary is survived by son, Kary, grandsons, Shane (Jamie), Brandon (Bailey), Garrett and great-grandchildren Kaylee, Kael and Kayden. A memorial service will be held in her honor at 1:30 PM, Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at Our Lady Fatima Catholic Church. Memorial contributions to Central Wyoming Hospice would be appreciated.
