Marvin S. McCoy, 80, passed away on December 19, 2015 in Casper. He was born January 16, 1935 in Pavillion, Wyoming to Tom McCoy and Tressa Mable Boyd. He went on to marry Shirley on April 4, 1960 in Madera, California. He attended Fresno Technical College for Electronics Technician. He is survived by his daughters Tammie A. McCoy, Marlene Kay Baysinger and her husband Johnny L. Baysinger and Sandra D. McCoy, sons Gary W. McCoy and Jerry M. McCoy and granddaughter Vanessa M. McCoy. He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley D. McCoy, mother Tressa Mable Boyd McCoy Heth half-brother William Heth. Memorial service will be held Friday, 11:00am December 25, 2015, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses with Larry Gardner officiating.
