Martin O'Neal

Martin "Marty" O'Neal, 51, passed away on Wednesday, January 11,2017 after a year long battle with brain cancer. Marty was born June 22, 1965 in Casper, WY to James and Barbara O'Neal. He attended Park Elementary, Dean Morgan and graduated from Kelly Walsh High School in 1983. He worked for a while at Casper Iron and Metal before taking on his dream job of farm and ran,ch manager for Ken Barbe at his farm west of town for which he worked for over 26 years. Marty really enjoyed his weekly bowling league, shooting pool and throwing darts and participating in many tournaments. He also enjoyed NASCAR and playing golf. Marty is survived by his three daughters: Krysta Parsons, of Kersey, Co., Kassidy O'Neal (J.D. Hartley) of Casper, WY, and Kari (Seth) Rice of Evans, Co. Also surviving is his mother, Barbara O'Neal of Casper, WY, his brothers Charles (Susan) Jones of St. Augustine, FL., Steven (Stefani) O'Neal of Casper, WY., his sisters Debbie (George) Spiva and Susie (Dorian) Gilbert of Casper, Wy. He leaves behind his grandchildren Steven, Wyatt, Sophia and Presleigh and several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his best friend and love of his life Linda Haines and her two daughters Sherry (Travis) Stuart and Sara (Mike) Owens all of Casper, Wy. , and Linda's two grandsons Tyler and Sawyer. Marty was preceded in death by his father James O'Neal. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to your favorite charity.
