Mark Stephen Morton, 54, passed away August 1, 2014 at his home from natural causes. Mark was born in Casper on April 2, 1960 to Eugene and Roberta Jean Morton and was a lifelong resident of Casper. He was in the United States Air Force from 1984 to 1994 and was last stationed at McChord Air Force Base in Tacoma, Washington. Mark was a Crew Chief on C-141 aircraft and served during the Persian Gulf War. He received many commendations and honors during his years of service to his country. He worked at Mountain States Lithographing, the Douglas Budget, Walmart and repaired computers. Mark had his first heart attack in 1999 and battled heart disease the remainder of his life. He was a very generous person who loved his family, friends, animals (especially his sister Pat's dogs, Shep, Penny and Lucky), airplanes, computers, guns, music, movies and video games. Mark is survived by his father Gene, his sister Patricia Rhodes, sister Ann (Jeff) Price, twin brother Michael, and his sister Rebecca (Tony) Boehm, nieces and nephews, uncles and aunts, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother in 2005, and his paternal and maternal grandparents.
