Marjorie Nicklason

Marjorie (Marge) Crane Bue Nicklason died on November 5, 2012 at Central Wyoming Hospice, surrounded by her loving family. Marge was born December 25, 1918 at Montesano, Washington, the daughter of Julia and Benjamin Crane. She graduated Washington State College cum laude in 1940. In 1941 she married college classmate James Jerome Bue. They had three children together. Following the death of her first husband in 1985, she married William Nicklason, also an old college classmate. Because of failing health, Marge was moved to Casper in April 2012 to be closer to family. She is survived by her husband and the families of her three sons: Peter (Cindy) Bue and Peter's daughter, Lenni (Josh) Thompson, and grandchildren, Emme, Ella and Emilia, and Peter's daughter, Jessi (Chad) White and grandchildren, Zane, Noah and Braelynn and Peter's first wife, Carol Bue; by Eric Bue and his children, Katie and Peter Grant; by Grant (Rose) Bue and his sons, Edward and James. Also surviving are Marge's stepchildren and their families: Ann (Allen) Ressler and their daughters, Sophia and Sami; Bill (Denise) Nicklason Jr.; Peter (Debbie) Nicklason and their children, Nell and Tia; Chris and daughter, Leah; Meg (Scott) Penner and their children, Charlie, Will, Katherine and Thomas; and by Marge's nieces and nephews, Marjorie Williams, Arthur Rhodes, Dina Marans, Elaine Cameron and Tina Heinaman. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM, Friday, November 9, 2012 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, 604 South Center Street by Fr. Lucas K. Simango. Memorials would be appreciated by the family to the Central Wyoming Hospice Home, 319 South Wilson Street, Casper, Wyoming 82601.
