Marie Burgess

Marie Edna Burgess died November 16,2013 in Casper, Wyoming in the loving arms of her family. She was Born October 15, 1918 in Bigheart, Oklahoma. Marie lived most of her life, and raised her children in Casper, Wyoming. Her greatest joy was her four children, their families, and extended families: Michael (Sondra) McCoy, Gerald (Frieda) McCoy, Kathy (David) Bowers and Mary (Jon) Nicolaysen. She is also survived by her four grandchildren: Jeffrey (Stephanie) McCoy, Joel (Kelly) Bowers, Owen (Jenn) Bowers and Tracey Ross; and three great grandchildren: Alex Ross, Noah Bowers and Marlowe Bowers. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Joe R. Burgess, parents Harry Edward Reese and Lillian Maud (Peterson) Reese, sisters Pauline (Bill) Sharpless, Dorothy (Morris) Hull and Maxine (Ray) Dowler. Marie had turned 95 years old on October 15,2013. She will be greatly missed and forever loved. Viewing at 9:00am. Services at 10:00 AM ,Saturday, November 23rd at Bustards Funeral Home.
