Marcia Marlin

Marcia Louise (Settles) Marlin passed away November 24th, 2016 at Wyoming Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Marcia was born June 19, 1939 in Granite City, IL to Ethel & Kirby Settles. Marcia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She lived a full and happy life following her soul mate and husband all over various regions of the country due to employment. She enjoyed traveling, going on cruises and heading to the lake with family. Marcia is survived by the love of her life and husband of sixty plus years, John Marlin; two daughters: Crystal (Dan) Galles, Melody (Dave) Macedo, and one son: Perry Marlin; two sisters: Karen Long, and Debbie Meyer; seven grandchildren: Joshua (Trisha) Woods, Angela Woods, Brandy Dolbare, Matthew Macedo, Daniel Macedo, Tim (Shawn) Galles, Kristen Galles, as well as nine great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. A memorial service will be held for Marcia at Bustards Funeral Home, Thursday December 1st at 10:00 a.m. The Service will be officiated by Bishop Ken Kinner and Father Jim Dean of Holy Family Church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Central Wyoming Hospice or The Central Wyoming Rescue Mission.
