Loretta Lea Holt

Loretta Lea Devoe Holt, 77, passed away on October 16, 2024, with her daughter by her side in Casper, Wyoming. Born on November 18, 1946, Loretta was known for her strength and resilience throughout her life. Loretta, alongside her first husband, Bob, was the co-owner of Devoe Contracting from 1972 until 1990. She loved books, puzzles, jigsaw puzzles, and crossword puzzles, which provided her with much joy and satisfaction. Loretta attended Midwest High School. Her family was very important to her. She is survived by her son, Shaun Devoe; daughter, Shanie Devoe; grandchildren, Krysta, Kassidy, Kari, Shaley, Joshua, Noah, and Olivia; great-grandchildren, Ryker and Gianna; and several other great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Loretta also shared her childhood with five stepbrothers. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Kenny Holt; her mother, Ann Palmer; her father, Leroy Kissier; her dad who lovingly raised her, Earl Palmer; and her siblings, Louise, Floris, Nadine, Earline, and her infant son, Jody. In accordance with her wishes, there will be no service. Loretta's legacy will be cherished and remembered by all who knew her.
