Lloyd Eldredge

Lloyd Earl Eldredge Jr. passed at the age of 82 in his home in Casper, Wyoming on April 21, 2019 after a two year battle with cancer. Lloyd was born April 26, 1936 in Pampa, Texas at home to Lloyd Earl Eldredge Sr. and Alice (Boye) Eldredge. He lived there until his father passed away and moved to Casper, Wyoming at age four with his mother and two sisters. He attended Casper schools until he moved to York, Nebraska at 15. He moved to Las Vegas, New Mexico at 16 to attend Las Vegas High School. This is where he met the love of his life Eva Lujan. They were married on September 4, 1954 in Las Vegas, New Mexico. To this union they had four children Lloyd III, Starla, Bert and Bobby. They also raised Eva's brother Leo Lujan. He remained in Casper and worked various jobs in the oilfield including running his own Texaco station. Lloyd enjoyed hunting, camping, fishing, woodworking and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include wife Eva, daughter Starla Hughes (Ron), sons Bert (Kristie), and Bobby. Granddaughter Keshia Lynch (Tyler) and other grandchildren and great grandson Trenton Lynch and soon to be great granddaughter May 2nd which all reside in Casper along with many nephews and nieces he dearly loved. Preceded in death by his parents, sisters Wanda Lou and Carrie, brother in law Leo Lujan and son Lloyd Eldredge III. Services will be held April 27, 2019 at 2 pm at Restoration Church 411 South Walsh Drive Casper. Officiating will be Bert Eldredge. Interment will be at Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorials to Central Wyoming Hospice of Casper or Wyoming Rescue Mission in his memory. The family would like to thank Rocky Mountain Oncology and Central Wyoming Hospice for their care.
