Linda Joyce Larson 69, Casper WY. passed away at her home Wed. Nov. 9th 2016. Burial was at the Highland cemetery on Monday, Nov. 14th. At her request no other services are being held. Linda was born June 18, 1947, in Wheaton MN. to William and Joyce (Miller) Kaufman. She entered the world with her twin brother, Larry,(Butch) and the two twins remained close all their lives . Linda was baptized at the Wheaton Hospital and confirmed at Zion Lutheran Church. She attended country school in Bryant Township and graduated from Browns Valley High School in 1965. Following high school , Linda attended NDSCS, where she met the love of her life, Lynn Larson. They were united in marriage on Oct. 15, 1966. They lived in Kalispell and Westby MT. before making their home in Casper Wy., where they raised their two daughters Leah and Sue. Over the years Heaven gained two angels, both Sue and Lynn. Linda continued to live in Casper with Leah and her grandsons, Jake and Cameron. Linda worked at the Wyoming Periodicals for many years before retiring. Her devoted passion was her family. Linda proudly boasted of her grandsons and made frequent trips to S.D. to be with her parents and siblings. Linda and Lynn loved the outdoors and spent a great deal of time fishing and camping. Linda was an excellent cook and also loved to bake and even skipped school a time or two so she could bake all day. Her family especially looked forward to her Krum kaka at Christmas time. She also enjoyed her daily crossword puzzle, and truly cherished time spent with family & friends. She also enjoyed collecting pigs, a cement pig greeted everyone in the driveway! She spent many hours crocheting, but above all her pride and joy were her two grandsons. She is survived by her daughter Leah Larson, Casper WY, Stephanie Dumbrilll of Santa Rosa, CA, who she considered her daughter. Grandsons Jacob and Cameron, Casper W.Y. sister Pam(Randy) Armstrong of Wahpeton N.D. brother Paul Kaufman , Breckenridge M.N. aunts, uncles, cousins, and many nieces and nephews. Also close in her heart, Rose Kaufman. Linda was preceded in death by her husband Lynn, daughter Sue, parents Bill and Joyce Kaufman, twin brother Larry, (Butch) and sister in law Yvonne Kaufman.
