Linda Keas

Linda Marie Keas passed at the age of 70 in Casper, Wyoming on March 29, 2021.

Linda was born to Harvey and Cleda (Coleman) Richardson in Geddes, South Dakota on Tuesday, December 19, 1950.  Her family moved to Casper, Wyoming when Linda was four years old.  Attended local schools and graduated from Kelly Walsh High School in 1969.

On December 16, 1969 she married Murray Hanway and together they welcomed a son Robert “Bobby” Hanway in 1970.  On February 14, 1999 Linda married Dennis Keas they later separated.

Linda lived in many areas; Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, Denver and Grand Junction Colorado, Charlotte, North Carolina, and Riverton, Wyoming returning home to Casper in her later years.

Linda had a career in retail as regional manager of Sweetbriar apparel, where she fine-tuned her fashionista style.  She then started a career in debt & remittance collection that spanned more than 35 years.

Linda is survived by her son Robert “Bobby” Hanway, daughter-in-law Wendy and grandson Dylan Hanway (of Grand Junction, Colorado), sister Barbara Cohee, brothers Donald and Mark Richardson, step mother Sue Richardson, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and partner friend caregiver Ray Schultz.

Linda was proceeded in death by: her parents Harvey and Cleda, her brother Ronald, nephew Dennis Richardson and numerous other family members.

In remembrance of Linda strike up a conversation with a stranger and get to know someone new, we will always remember she never ever met a stranger and had a knack to visit with anyone.

A Celebration of Life with family and friends will take place at a later time.
