Linda Boyer

Linda Loanne Poling Boyer was born in West Virginia on 09/20/1950, to Katherine Poling Desseker.  She spent most of her formative years in Ohio.
In June of 1971, Linda married the love of her life, Stacy James 'Jim' Boyer.  They settled in Jim's hometown of Casper, WY, where they raised their 2 sons, Stacy and Sean.
After Linda attended Casper College, she gained employment with Black Hills Trucking, where she worked for 22 years, retiring in 2019.
Linda's Earthly journey came to an end on 11/21/2020.  She always loved angels, now she has joined them to watch over her loved ones, until they meet again.
Linda was preceded in death by her Dad, Dean Dessecker.  She is survived by her husband, Jim, her Mother, Kathy, her sons: Stacy A. Boyer (Amy Wickstrom), and Sean (Vicki) Boyer, of Casper, as well as 5 grandchildren.

Linda's ashes will be interred at the Oregon Trail Veterans Cemetery in Evansville, Wyoming.  Her family will have a service at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations of thanks be sent to the hard-working nursing staff of the Wyoming Medical Center, 5th Floor, for their caring efforts through this stressful pandemic, that afflicted Linda.
