Lillian Decker

Lillian Alice Decker, 89 of Casper Wyoming passed away peacefully on April 26, 2017. She was born in Denver Colorado to James C and Stella Herod on February 20, 1928. On June 2, 1946 Lillian married Hubert Kiser and had 2 sons. Hubert passed away in 1969. She married Paul Decker in 1970. She loved to travel and enjoyed being a snowbird. She was active in her sewing club and loved playing card games with her friends. She was a faithful member of her church. Lillian is survived by her husband Paul, brother Mick, sons Bruce and Wayne (Debbie), stepdaughter Paula, grandchildren Tony (Lou), Tonya, Tim, Kristi (Trent), Robyn (Tom), Denise, Andrew, Christopher and 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by both her parents, her first husband Hugh, brothers Bill, Walt, and J.C. and sister Blanche. Funeral services will be held on May 2, 2017 at 11 am at the Oregon Trail Veterans Cemetery.
