Laurie Robertson

Mrs. Laurie Jo Robertson (nee. Long), of Rawlins, Wyoming, passed away on November 3, 2017 at the age of 68. Laurie was born on November 17, 1948 in Los Angeles, California. Her parents, Glen and JoAnn Long, moved Laurie and her four younger siblings to Salem, Oregon when she was 12 years old. Laurie graduated from Salem High School (Now North Salem High) in 1965. After graduation Laurie relocated to Federal Way, Washington and married Alan Robertson, they had five children. While raising their children Laurie worked for Federal Way School District (210) as a school bus driver. In 2009, Laurie retired from Federal Way and relocated to Billings, Montana, where she also drove bus, before moving again in 2011 this time to Rawlins, Wyoming she found a place she loved and was surrounded by friends to enjoy in her retirement. Laurie will be loved and missed by all of her surviving family; her sisters: Roxanne, Allison and Ruth; her brother Timm; her sons: Adam, Desmond, Ian and Garrett, and her daughter Piper. As well as her estranged Husband of 45 years Alan and seven grandchildren. She is predeceased by her parents Glen and JoAnn, and Grandson Kelton.
