Larry Aldon Hopkins, age 68 of Casper, Wyoming and formerly of Cannon Falls, died at his home on Monday, November 14, 2016. Larry served with the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He married Priscilla Landon in Sundance, WY and moved to Cannon Falls in 1983. He was employed most of his life as a truck driver, including Wayne Transport. He was preceded in death by his sons, twins Edward and Larry Allen Hopkins; father, Donald; brother, Ron; and sister, Janet Scott. He is survived by children, Tiffany (Jeff) Kiffmeyer of Kenyon and Wesley (Amanda) Hopkins of Casper; 5 grandchildren, Evan and Aiva Slack, Jacob and Kayla Kiffmeyer, and Paedin Bayne; his mother, Alice Hopkins of Casper; sister, Deb (Owen) Knox of Evansville, WY; brother, Clinton Hopkins of Casper; and nieces and nephews. Memorial services and military honors for Larry A. Hopkins, 68, of Casper, WY will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Hilltop Baptist Church with Pastor Rob Peter son officiating. Interment will be at Oregon Trail State Veterans Cemetery, Evansville.
