Kevin M. Murray

Kevin M. Murray, born on March 11, 1958, in Great Falls, Montana, passed away on February 28, 2025, in Casper, Wyoming, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was 66 years old.

Kevin dedicated 17 years of his life to the United States Navy, serving as a Data Systems Technician after joining in 1982. His commitment to service extended beyond his military career, as he later devoted 22 years to the Bureau of Reclamation and also contributed his skills at Radio Shack and with Cascade County Emergency Medical Services.

A proud family man, Kevin cherished every second of his 40-year marriage to MJ Murray. He is survived by his loving wife, MJ; his children, Nikole, Chris, and Courtney; his mother, Darlene Murray; his brother, Scott Murray; and his grandchildren, Jaxson, Jordyn, Kaidence, and Brynlee. He was preceded in death by his father, William E. Murray.

Kevin was known for his engaging personality, characterized by his humor and sarcasm, alongside a heartfelt devotion to his family. His deep faith and kind demeanor made him a cherished figure in the lives of all who knew him. He had a unique ability to connect with people, always offering thoughtful ideas and solutions. His love for animals extended to rescuing insects, demonstrating his gentle spirit.

Among his many hobbies, Kevin enjoyed short wave radios, computers, motorcycles, drums, and gardening. He will be remembered as a loyal friend and steadfast supporter, always willing to lend a helping hand.

A memorial service to honor Kevin's life will take place at Bustard & Jacoby Funeral Home in Casper, Wyoming, on March 11, 2025, starting at 10:00 AM, with the service concluding at 11:00 AM.
