Kevin Troy Chandler, age 51, of Grove, Oklahoma passed away on June 14, 2016. Kevin was born May 11, 1965 in Denver, Colorado to Ray and Janice Chandler. The family moved to Gillette, Wyoming during Kevin's childhood. Kevin attended school and graduated from Gillette. After high school Kevin joined the US Navy. He was in the Navy from 1983 to 1989. After the Navy, Kevin returned to Gillette and worked for BNSF, then as a driver for County Road and Bridge. Kevin then went to work for Campbell County Sheriff Department as a jailer. He then held a variety of positions at Buckskin Mining Company. He left there in 2015 and moved to Oklahoma. Kevin was married to Kellie on April 23, 2016. They were building a business and making a home in Grove, Oklahoma. Kevin was a huge Bronco fan. He loved to golf and to make people smile. He was well known for his dry sense of humor. He also enjoyed the excitement of an auction and was a Ringman for Biesheuvel Auction and Appraisal. Kevin is survived by his wife Kellie, his son Colby, daughter Mary, step-daughter Breanna, sister Julie Bird, nephew Dustin Sharp (Tiffany), great-niece Olivia and great-nephew Lane. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Janice, and the mother of his children, Terry. The funeral service will be help at Oregon Trail Veterans Cemetery Evansville, Wyoming Thursday June 23 at 2pm. A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, June 25 at 4:30 pm 88 Wild Horse Road Gillette, Wyoming.
