November 8, 1953 — July 25, 2016

Kevin L. Bennett, 62, found his everlasting peace on July 25, 2016 at his home. A celebration of his life will be Wednesday August 3, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. Inurnment will follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Vigil will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday August 2, 2016 at Bustard?s Funeral Home. Kevin was born November 8, 1953 to Robert and Patricia Bennett in Sisseton South Dakota. He Graduated from Browns Valley High School in 1971 and attended Vo tech school in Detroit Lakes Mn. to become a mechanic. Kevin moved to Wyoming in 1979 to work at Pathfinder Uranium mine, and then for the City of Casper, he retired after 27 years as the shop mechanic supervisor. Kevin was a certified deputy with the Natrona County Sheriffs Reserves where he proudly certified and trained his friend Jimmy the mule. He belonged to the Natrona County Peace Officers, Mountain View Lions Club and the Elks Club. Kevin made friendships that lasted a lifetime. He loved hunting, fishing, boating, motorcycles, horse/mule rides, telling jokes and most of all family. He married Brenda McClure the love of his life on November 7, 1981 they had 34 years of friendship and love. He is survived by Brenda, Patricia Bennett mother, sisters Joyce Korton (Darrell), Kayleen Liebelt (Dave), brothers Steve Bennett, Brad Bennett (Pam), Terry Bennett and so many nephews and nieces with whom he had a very special bond with. He was proceeded in death by his grandparents Matt and Catherine Elsen, Edgar and Lulu Bennett, and his father Robert Bennett. Memorials can be made to Central Wyoming Hospice 319 S. Wilson St. Casper Wy. 82601
