Funeral Services for Mr. Kenneth L. Meinzer, 85, of Casper, WY will be held at 1:00PM on Friday, January 10, 2014 at Oregon Trail Veteran's Cemetery. Military Honors will be accorded by the Wyoming Army National Guard and the Natrona County United Veteran's Council. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2014 from noon-8:00PM at Bustard's Funeral Home. Mr. Meinzer proudly served his country in the United States Army. Kenneth passed away January 5, 2014 in Casper, WY. Bustard's Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
