Memorial services for Kenneth R. McComb will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at the Oregon Trail Veterans Cemetery. Fr. Arnel Raboy of St. Louis Catholic Church in Glenrock will officiate. Military honors will be accorded by the Natrona County United Veterans Council and the United States Marine Corps Honor Guard. Mr. McComb, 72, passed away August 12, 2014 at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper. Following the service, there will be a reception at the VFW Club, 1800 Bryan Stock Trail. He was born June 28, 1942 in Casper, the son of Harry Edward Moore and Betty L. McComb. He attended St. Anthony's School, graduated from Natrona County High School and attended college for two years. Kenneth and Josephine Fallon were married on January 31, 1969 in Coral Gables, Florida. He was in the United States Marine Corps from 1960 until 1980, being honorably discharged as a Master Sgt. He retired from the Bureau of Reclamation where he was the Warehouse Supervisor. Kenneth belonged to the VFW, American Legion, Eagles and the Pony Express. His interests included hunting, fishing and woodwork. He is survived by his wife, Josephine of Casper, son, Kenneth McComb of Spokane, WA, daughter, Sharon Armstrong of Casper, son, Robert McComb of Mingo Junction, OH and son, Charles McComb of Casper. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Moore, stepfather, Harry Moore and sister Lenaya Hatcher.
