Kenneth Charles Halbert, 83, passed away on Monday, October 8, 2012 at the Wyoming Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the Community Baptist Church, 2nd and Cedar, Glenrock, Wyoming. Interment will follow services at the Glenrock Cemetery. Mr. Halbert served in the U. S. Navy during World War II. Memorials can be made to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital or the Glenrock Police Department Benevolent Fund.
