Kelly Ray Darling, 48, passed away August 29, 2017 in Mills, Wyoming. Kelly was born on March 25, 1969 in Casper, Wyoming to Dennis and Elizabeth Darling. Kelly was born and raised in Casper and graduated from NCHS. He worked many years for the City of Casper and was employed at Amerigas at the time of his death. Kelly will truly be missed by all that knew him. He was a fun loving man and had laughter and a smile that matched his fun loving personality. Nothing was more important to Kelly than his family. Kelly loved everything about the outdoors, the wind, stars, mountains and lakes. He loved to go camping and fishing with his family and friends. Kelly also loved racing cars; he could push a car to its limits and past, on occasion, be it on the street or on the track. He was also a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys. Kelly was also an expert pyro technician and always made the 4th of July a good time. He was a true one of a kind and he never would turn down a cold one with friends, anywhere Kelly was everyone was a friend. Kelly is survived by, his brother, Delbert Drake; sister, Renae Darling both of Mills, brothers, Robert Pinnt of Coeur d' Arlene, Idaho and Tim Darling of Casper, Wyoming, several nieces, nephews, and his second family the Skajs. He is preceded in death by his father, Dennis Darling; mother, Elizabeth Darling; and brothers, Ernest Drake and Marvin Darling all of Casper. A celebration of life potluck will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 4750 Boles Road in Casper. Look for the silver and blue balloons. .
