A celebration of life will be held for Mrs. Kay Anne Heller at 2:00 PM, Sunday, November 3, 2013 at the VFW, Bryan Stock Trail. Mrs. Heller, 66, passed away October 28, 2013 at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, Wyoming.
