Kathern Christler

Kathern Jamard Christler, 83 died at her home February 24, 2016. A celebration of life is planned for Sunday March 13, 2016 at 2:00PM at Shepard of the Hills Presbyterian Church. Reverend Lymon Williamson is officiating. Kathern was known by the name, Kit by all who loved and knew her. She is survived by life partner of 40 years Joyce ; sisters, Virginia Finney and Tempie Peer ; niece, Freda Rothrock, as well as many more nieces and nephews, too numerous to list individually, but each name is in my heart as the loves they are. Kit is also survived by the "daughters" of her heart and soul, Katie M. May dearest surrogate daughter, who was always there; always supportive for everything Kit ever needed and Pauline Dorsett the strong supporting surrogate who stood as "back-up" for both Kit and Katie May. I, Joyce, can never fully express my deepest, heartfelt thanks giving to these two wonderful ladies.
