Guernsey, Wyoming - Memorial Services for Guernsey Resident Judy I. Warner, 68, will be conducted on March 24, 2018 at Crazy Tony's at 2pm with Craig Frederick officiating. She died March 14, 2018 at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, Wyoming following a battle with pneumonia and from complications of COPD. Born May 10, 1949 in Wheatland, Wyoming, she was the daughter of George Andrew and Clara P. Brisco; and was raised and educated in Guernsey. On September 18, 1967, she married Kenneth R. Warner in Guernsey. They made their home in Guernsey until 1991, when they moved to Blackfoot, Idaho. She worked as a construction flagger for Lamb Construction in Torrington, Wyoming and as a waitress in Guernsey. After moving to Blackfoot, she worked as a button operator and laborer for Gale Lim Construction. In 2004, she moved back to Guernsey, Wyoming after the passing of her husband. She worked as a waitress at the Riverview Restaurant and a maid at the Complex until retiring in 2009. She enjoyed spending time with family and going to coffee with her best friend Norm Sturdivant. Survivors include her son David (Amber) Warner; three daughters, Judy Kay (Bill) Redenbaugh, Kathy (Peewee) Orr, and Julie Warner all of Guernsey, Wyoming; one brother, George Brisco of Scottsbluff, Nebraska; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister Izora "Ike" Brisco; four half-sisters, Dorothy Arnold, Iva Doolittle, Ruth Seilaff, and Lucille Brisco; and her husband, Kenneth R. Warner.
