Joyce T. Mobley, 73, of Casper, Wyoming passed away on July 5, 2019 at her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Casper on April 18, 1946 to John and Freda Heid. Joyce grew up in Casper and on October 31, 1962 she married her high school sweetheart, Bill Mobley. Together they raised a family and she worked as a Realtor and co-owner of Mobley Co. Roofing. Joyce lived her life to the fullest and loved her family. She enjoyed spending time with family, fishing and going to car shows. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt. Joyce is survived by her husband of 56 years, Bill Mobley; daughter Joey Burke and husband Richard of Pinedale; granddaughter Heather Umbenhauer and grandson-in-law Damon Uleberg; grandson, Brendon Edinger; great grandson, Kendrick Young; Sister, Ann Bacus and husband John Keltz; brother, John Heid and wife Susan all of Casper; sister, Chris and husband Roger Swinney of Florida; nieces and nephews, Michelle Mobley of Colorado Springs, CO, Christie and Damon Anderson of Nokomis, FL, Amie and Dom Kennedy of Australia, Zabrina and Mark Stewart, Kimberly Heid, and Robynne and Jeffrey Bacus of Casper; and brother in law, Bob Mobley and wife Rose of Idaho; as well as many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Joyce was preceded in death by her father and mother, John and Frieda Heid; mother and father-in-law, Irean and James Mobley; son Billy Mobley and daughter Cheryl Mobley. Joyce was loved by so many and had an open door to anyone who needed it. A memorial service is being planned for a later date and will be announced.
