Joy Lynne Brown, 54, of Casper, WY passed away October 22, 2014 in Casper, WY. Joy was born July 29, 1960 to Lloyd Butler and Joann Kelley in Atwater, CA. On November 5, 1989 she married the love of her life, Brian Boettcher in Jacksonville, NC. A memorial service for Joy will be held at 4:00 PM on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at Bustard's Funeral Home with Pastor Bruce Sell officiating.
