Johnny Lucero

Johnny Bliss Lucero, Sr., age 73, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2018 at 10:24 P.M. in his home surrounded by his loved ones. Johnny was a blessed man with a heart of a Giant. Having lived a great and full life, he was a truck driver in his early years before an accident left him disabled for most of his adult life. Knowing love twice in his time, he first marred Josie Stever (3 children) and then married Tyra Lucero (3 children). Johnny was gifted with an enormous family and befriended any person to cross his path. Johnny joins at rest a loving mother and father (Tilly and Pedro Lucero), a wife (Tyra Lucero), and a son (Lil Johnny Lucero). He is survived by his children, Brenda Campbell, Sandra Lucero, Misty Wallace, TJ Lucero, and Nichole Lucero. Along with 19 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Johnny Lucero was a heck of a man and a fierce friend, but more than that, Johnny was and will always be a huge part of our hearts. He will be missed more than he ever knew! A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Bustard's Funeral Home in Casper with Deacon Dave Johnson officiating. A visitation will be held Wednesday, January 31, 2018 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M at Bustard's with the recitation of the rosary at 7:00 P.M.
