John Hoskins

John Gordon Hoskins, age 79, passed away September 8, 2016 at Wyoming Medical Center after a long battle with COPD and heart problems. John was born on August 25, 1937 to Jess and Mary (Steele) Hoskins in Grand Junction, Colorado. He proudly served his country as an electrician in the United States Navy. Earning a B.A. in Fisheries, John was a Fish Hatchery Manager for the Oregon State Game Commission. He was a member of the NRA and loved archery hunting, fishing, and fly-tying in his free time. John leaves behind his partner of many years, Carolyn Odiorne, and her family, as well as his brother, Francis Hoskins of Arkansas. No services are planned at this time.
