Joe Fredrick Hinckley

On Friday, November 10th, 2023, Joe Fredrick Hinckley Sr, loving husband and father of four children, passed away at age 73.

Joe was born on July 28th, 1950 in Wichita Kansas to Raymond and Elsie May Hinckley. He married Waletta Welling on February 20th, 1968. Together they raised two sons, Joe jr. and Raymond and two daughters, Corinna and Zenda.

Joe worked for the city of Douglas for 22 years before retiring in 2016. His hobbies included fishing, hunting, and playing guitar. Joe enjoyed traveling all over Wyoming to play and sing his favorite songs.

Joe was preceded in death by his father Raymond, mother Elsie May, brothers Donald and Leroy, sisters Jenny and Mildred, daughter Corinna, and granddaughter Paisley. He is survived by his wife Waletta Hinckley, sons Joe Jr. and Raymond Hinckley, daughter Zenda Lange, and many grandchildren.

A memorial service and burial will be held on a later date in the spring per Joe's wishes.
