Joanne Tanner

Joanne Tanner, 81, passed away on the 1st of June, 2019. Her funeral service will be held Saturday, June 8th, at St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Casper, Wyoming. Ms. Tanner was born in Hammond, Indiana, January 20th, 1938. She earned a Masters of Social Work from the University of Wyoming. She worked for several years in Natrona County School District. Joanne has two children, Joseph and Anna. She also has two grandchildren, Aaron and Ciera. In her spare time she loved playing Bridge with friends, bragging about her family, gardening and taking continuing education courses through Casper College. Joanne will be remembered as a thoughtful and generous lady, who would stop everything to help her friends. Her wishes are that in lieu of flowers, please donate to the Casper Humane Society at casperhumanesociety.org.
