Jimmie Saylors

Jim D. Saylors Sr., 69, passed away on January 14, 2013, at Central Wyoming Hospice. Per his request no services will be held. He was born on February 9, 1943, in Lyon County Kansas. He attended school in Kansas and finished in Longmont Colorado. He worked at various jobs in Longmont and Ft. Collins Colorado. He was married to Ruth E. Schneider on December 4th, 1965. In 1974 he became a patrolman for the Lyons Police Department in Lyons Colorado. In 1976 he moved his family to Casper Wyoming and began a 35 year career as a truck driver working for various companied in Casper Wyoming until his retirement in 2011. He enjoyed fishing all around Wyoming and working on various projects around his house. Jim is proceeded in death by his wife, Ruth, who he lost in May of 2009. He is survived by his Son, Jim of Casper Wyoming; his granddaughter Courtney Saylors of Dickinson ND; his brother Dale Saylors of Longmont, CO: and many cousins, nieces, and nephews residing in Kansas. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Bustards Funeral home.
