Jimmie Marken

Jimmie Dale Marken born on June 6, 1944 in Borger, Texas to Jim and Sibyl Marken. He moved to Casper as a young child and graduated from Natrona County High School where he was a member of ROTC. Jimmie joined the Navy shortly after graduation. He met Hester (Ward) Marken and they were married in 1967, and had 4 children David, Annette, Branden and Erin. He was a prominent and well known member of the Casper Area. As the owner of RC Cab, he was loved and respected by all of his employees, customers, and patrons. He is survived by his brother Gary Marken and his 4 children, 13 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. Jimmie Dale Marken passed away on August 12th peacefully. Memorial services will be held on August 22nd at 10:00 a.m at Bustard's Funeral Home, 600 C.Y. Avenue Casper, Wy 82601 followed by a procession around 11:30 a.m. to Oregon Trail Veterans Cemetery, 80 Veterans Rd, Evansville, WY 82636 for full military honors.
