Jeannette Evelyn Wescott, passed away peacefully Saturday, June 25th, 2016 in her home in Casper, Wyoming. She was born May 5th 1948 in Los Angeles, California to June Zuber, and Jack Shaffer. Jeannette attended school in the California area graduating from Monta, Vista High School in 1969. She then later moved to Tacoma, Washington where she worked at Buffelen Woodworking Company for most of her adult life. After Jeannette retired due to having Multiple Sclerosis, she then moved to Casper, Wyoming where she met Jody Brown and the pair became inseparable. Jeannette has two daughters April and husband Allan Sarkis of Renton, Washington, and Heidi Pabst of Tacoma Washington. She also had one son Eric Tallman of Casper, Wyoming who sadly passed away August 11th, 2008. Jeannette loved spending time with her granddaughters Christina Patten of Palisade, Nebraska. Alexandria Patten of Venango, Nebraska, and Emily Patten of Casper, Wyoming. She also loved to garden, crochet, and watch her favorite game shows, "The Price is Right" and "Let's Make a Deal". Jeannette will be sadly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by companion Jody Brown, daughters April Sarkis, and Heidi Pabst and granddaughters Christina, Alexandria, and Emily Patten. A private service is planned for Jeannette and will be held on September 3rd, 2016 in Casper, Wyoming.
