Jaxon Kalinowski

Jaxon Ray Kalinowski was born in Denver, CO on July 6, 2017. He lived for 20 days in the ICU at Rocky Mountain Children's Hospital before passing away on July 26, 2017. In that short amount of time he touched the hearts and lives of thousands of people. Jaxon spent his short life suffering from complications due to a Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia and underdeveloped lungs. He fought through many procedures that pierced and pained his tiny body, but through it all, he radiated the Spirit and Love of Jesus to all who were privileged to be in his midst. Those who met him or heard of him fell instantly in love with him, and he drew so many people closer to God in his brief time on this earth. A tiny baby, frail and broken, did more for the Kingdom of God in a few short weeks than most are able to do in decades of living. He leaves behind him a legacy of love. He was a gift, a joy, and a miracle who brought healing in many different ways to many different people. Jaxon was a courageous fighter. A warrior who lived a mighty purpose and lived it perfectly. When he had fully accomplished what God had called him to do on this earth, he was called back to his Master to live forever in perfect wholeness, health, and eternal joy in heaven. We rejoice in his sainthood and the glory of his heavenly reward, but will forever miss our beautiful, perfect, precious baby boy who has stolen our hearts. We will love him forever. Our lives will never be the same. We will wait with eager anticipation for the day when we will be reunited with him- when we too enter into our home with Jesus our Lord. Jaxon was preceded in death by his big brother Luke Andrew. He is survived by his parents, Isaac and Kelly Kalinowski of Casper, WY; his older brothers, Matthew, Nathan and Emery Kalinowski; and his older sister, Elliana Kalinowski. His grandparents, David and Cindy Kalinowski, and John and Margie Valdez of Casper. He is also survived by his godparents, Josh and Kate Kalinowski, and numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins of Casper, WY, Huntley, IL, and Albuquerque, NM. Services will take place on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at 10:30 am at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Casper, WY.
