Jason Jacobsen

Jason James Jacobsen passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2015 from a battle with cancer. He was born August 2, 1978 in Michigan to Debra Jacobsen. Jason's children and stepchildren were his pride and joy. Jason loved sports and had a passion for the Detroit Tigers and the Detroit Lions. He enjoyed Nascar, playing darts, fishing, camping, music and playing the guitar. Jason was a dedicated Pressman at the Casper Star Tribune for almost 17 years. Jason is survived by his mother, Debra Jacobsen; sister, Michelle Jacobsen; wife, Jeannie Jacobsen; life partner and soul mate, Kim Harris; son, Curtis Tungate; daughters, Jenna and Jaylynnn Jacobsen; and stepchildren, Danika and Weston Harris and Annaleah Stocks; and his beloved dog, Anakin; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews; and countless friends. He was preceded in death by his uncle, Doug Duquette. A viewing will be held from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, April 26, 2015 at Bustard's Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday, April 27, 2015, at Paradise Valley Christian Church. A celebration of life will follow the funeral service at the Black Gold Grill. Please dress casual, sports attire is welcome. Memorial contributions can be made to Bustard's Funeral Home.
