Memorial Services for Mr. James Scott Turpinat, 72, of Casper, WY will be held at 1:00PM, on February 13, 2014, at Oregon Trail Veteran's Cemetery in Evansville, WY with Chaplain Keith Evans officiating. Military honors will be accorded by The Natrona County United Veterans Council and The Wyoming Army National Guard. James passed away February 9, 2014 in Casper, WY. Bustard's Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
