James Monroe Hunter Jr. 91, passed away on July 11, 2018 in Casper, Wyoming. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Casper, Wyoming. James serviced in the United States Military from 1945 to 1947.
