August 30, 1932 — January 11, 2018

James "Jim" D. Miller, 85, passed away on January 11, 2018 in Casper, Wyoming. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at Grace Lutheran Church in Casper with Pastor Barbara Frelsi officiating. Interment will be at the Oregon Trail State Veterans Cemetery immediately following the service with Military Honors accorded by the United States Navy Funeral Honors and the Natrona County United Veterans Council.
