James Kelly

March 8, 1946 — March 6, 2018

James D Kelly was born March 8, 1946, in Torrington Wyoming. He passed away March 6, 2018, at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper. Jim was raised in Torrington, Wyoming and graduated from Eastern Wyoming College with an Associates Degree and the University of Wyoming Health Sciences in Pharmacy in 1969. Jim retired as a Pharmacist from Bi-Rite Drug after a 37 year career in Pharmacy. He loved to travel, hunt and ski. He lived a quiet life and enjoyed his neighbors and the occasional family get-togethers. Jim was preceded in death by his mother Marie (Meek) Kelly, father Harry Kelly and step-mother Ruth Kelly. Jim is survived by his sister Lynn Merback (Joe), nieces Diann Lieuallen, Michele Lieuallen, Shawn Young (Lynn) and nephew Mike Lieuallen and grandnephews and grandnieces. A local service will be held in Casper on Saturday March 17, 2018, at 2:00pm at Bustard's Funeral Home.
