A memorial service for Casper resident James H. Hyma, 70, will be conducted on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Bustard's Funeral home by Captain Mark Merritt of the Salvation Army. Following the service, a scattering of the ashes with immediate family will be at his desired resting place. James died on December 10, 2012, seven years after the services of his wife, Carol L. Hyma, who died tragically in 2005. Born July 12, 1942, in Grant, Mi., he was the first born son of Arthur and Suzanne Hyma. He graduated high school in 1960. On September 7, 1962, he married Carol L. Hisey in Grant, Mi. The couple moved to Casper, WY in 1976. He loved to travel, enjoyed playing cards with friends and family, and building garages and decks. Survivors include son, Tim Hyma and his wife, Julianne from Sparta, WI; daughter Heidi (Toni) Russell of Casper; 5 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three brothers; one sister, and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, Carol L. Hyma, he was preceded in death by brother, Dale Hyma; mother , Suzanne Hyma; father, Arthur Hyma; grandson, Joshua Lacy. In accordance with James' wishes, the family would appreciate memorials to be made to the Carol Hyma Memorial Fund, in care of Lucinda Tilton, Hilltop National Bank, P.O. Box 2680, Casper, WY 82602.
