Jim Healy passed away on December 20, 2011 surrounded by his immediate family. Jim was a devoted father, husband and friend. He was most in his element when he was in the outdoors of Wyoming or Montana. He lived to make others laugh and will be remembered for his unique humor, his smile and his shinning blue eyes. He will be forever missed by those who knew and loved him. Jim retired from Western Area Power Administration in 2007. He loved being a lineman and was so proud of his crew. Jim was a lifelong member of the Elks in Casper and was so very proud to be a member there. He served in the US Army Air Corp. Jim requested no services be held as he did not wish for people to cry for him. Jim asked that we celebrate his life as he lived life, to the fullest. Jim leaves behind his wife of 50 years, Dyla, son, Don (Jeanine) Healy of Jacksonville, Oregon and their two children, Nick and Lindsey, daughter, Lynn (Dave) Morley and their daughter, Danielle of Great Falls, Montana and daughter-in-law, Jane Healy and her children, Callahan and Meeghan of Riverton, Wyoming. Jim was preceded in death by his son, David in 2007 and granddaughter, Samantha in 1992. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made in Jim's honor to the Casper Elks.
