Jacqueline Kay Ebey, born on October 6, 1942 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska to Earl and Pauline Christianson. She died November 1, 2018 at Central Wyoming Hospice and Transitions in Casper, Wyoming. She was raised in Nebraska until she was about 3 years old when her family moved to Rawlins, Wyoming. She met her husband, Virgil V. Ebey, and they were married in June of 1964. They lived in various places and eventually moved to Chicago, Illinois, where they raised their children until 1979 when they moved back to Wyoming and finished raising their children in Douglas. Her hobbies were shopping, going to the library, and reading. She loved doing crossword and jigsaw puzzles, and playing cards and board games. She loved collecting recipes, knickknacks of roosters and red roses. She most loved spending time with family and friends, which included her kids, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil V. Ebey Jr.; her parents; brother, William Charles Christianson, and son-in-law Ralph W. Gooch, Jr. Jacqueline is survived by her daughters, Joan Ebey, June Gooch, and Diane Ebey; sons, Wayne Ebey, and Michael Ebey; daughters-in-law, Susan Ebey and Jill Ebey; sisters, Beverly Kulisz and Helen Kuhl; nieces and nephews, 9 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at the Fort Ministry in Casper.
