Jacquie Tozier, affectionately known by most as Mama Jack, passed away peacefully on April 17, 2013, at her home with her family and friends by her side. Jacquie was born in Santa Paula, California on June 27, 1948 to Bill and Rebecca (Skiles) Harris. Her family moved to Buffalo, Wyoming in 1956. She graduated from Buffalo High School in 1966. She was married to Eugene Nielsen in 1966. Two children were born in the union, Dia and Blaine Nielsen. Jacquie worked at the Busy Bee for many years as well as several other businesses in Buffalo. She moved to Casper in 1989 and married Dexter Tozier in 1990. They traveled extensively to Hawaii as well as Europe. She and Dex shared 16 years of wonderful marriage preceding his death in 2006. Jacquie is survived by one aunt; Dorothy Skiles of Buffalo, one half-brother; Earl Harris of California, one daughter; Dia Nielsen of Buffalo, one son; Blaine Nielsen and wife Crystal, of Buffalo, one niece and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, her husband, and numerous aunts and uncles. At Jacquie's request no services will be held.
