Jack William McDaniels. 74, passed away July 14, 2012 at Wyoming Medical Center following a brief illness. Born February 19, 1938 in Casper, he was the son of Frederick Percy and Cleo Marie (Fowler) McDaniels. He graduated from Natrona County High School in 1956. He married Bonnie Beth Byer February 14, 1959. Jack worked at Hilltop Standard Service Station, Wardrobe Cleaners, Union Tank Car, V1 Oil and spent 25 years driving a cement truck for Casper Concrete and Mobile Concrete. As a young man, he drove a stock car and loved car racing all his life. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and most of all loved his family. Jack was a walking Casper historian and love to tease and was very quick witted. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and dear friend. Survivors include his beloved wife of 53 years Bonnie; daughter Cindy Ellis; son Michael McDaniels and wife Deena; one sister Jane and husband Bill Reed; 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews who all loved him very much. He was preceded in death by his father, mother and infant brother. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 20, 2012, at Bustard's Funeral Home on CY Avenue in Casper. A reception to follow the services will be held at the Eagles Lodge, 306 N. Durbin, Casper.
