In Loving Memory of Ihla Marie Jennewein 1938-2017 Casper-- A graveside Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 11:00 A.M., at Highland Cemetery, in Casper Wyoming for Ihla Jennewein, Pastor Tim Adams officiating. She died March 27, 2017 at the Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland Colorado, after a brief battle with Lung Cancer. Ihla was born 6-5-1938 In Lusk Wyoming to Emery and Laura (Salveson) McGinnis. She grew up in Lusk WY, and married Ron Jennewein of Lusk, and was widowed in 1962. She attended the nursing program at Casper College, and later turned her career to accounting, working for various companies including Motorola, and retiring from True Oil in Casper. She is preceded in death by her Mother, Laura Frasier, step Father Merle Frasier, sister Ruth Gilmore, and her companion of 32 years, Bill Petumenous. Ihla and Bill spent much of their time together, traveling for both their careers, and pleasure, living in Coco Beach and Cape Canaveral Florida, and "snow birding" in Deming, New Mexico, but always called Casper home. Ihla enjoyed working in her yard, and spending time with friends and family. She will be missed. She is survived by her niece Tammy Waltman (Mark) of Milliken, CO, 3 nephews, Jay Gilmore (Cheryl) of Casper, Wesley Gilmore (Shannon) of Casper, Randy Gilmore of Casper, and multiple, great nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to the American Cancer Society in her name
