Homer Jackson

Services for Homer Lee Jackson will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, July 22, 2010, at the Oregon Trail Veterans Cemetery Chapel with Chaplain Leonard Robinson officiating. Military honors will be accorded by the Natrona County United Veterans Council and the Wyoming Army National Guard. Interment will be at the Oregon Trail Veterans Cemetery. Viewing will be from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at Bustard's Funeral Home. Homer L. Jackson, born in Holcomb, Mississippi, died July 16, 2010 in Casper following a short illness. He worked for General Electric for 24 years. He was the owner of HJ's Auto Detail for many years. He also worked at Wal Mart for nine years. Mr. Jackson served in the US Army. He was preceded in death by his mother, Nutel Docher, father, Wilks Jackson and two brothers, Leroy Jackson and David Jackson. He left behind brothers, James Jackson, Sr., Grady Jackson, Sr., Reverend Ray Jackson and two sisters Ella Jackson and Brenda Claiborne. He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
