Henry Geiger

Services for Mr. Henry Geiger, Jr. will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, March 21, 2014 at Bustard's Funeral Home. Viewing will be Thursday, March 20, 2014 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Bustard's, followed by the Rosary at 7:00 PM, also at the funeral home. Mr. Geiger, 78, passed away March 13, 2014 at his home in Casper. He was born May 4, 1935 in Dickinson, North Dakota, the son of Henry and Katherine (Walbaum) Geiger. Mr. Geiger was a rancher and a mechanic. He had a generous spirit and helped those in need. On November 1, 1960 he married Sara Angelica Martinez in Glendive, Montana. The couple later divorced. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by his son, Warren Geiger of Casper, sister Katherine Dennis of Albuquerque, NM, sister, Bernice Kuhn of Bismarck, ND, brother, Al Geiger of Peoria, AZ. He is also survived by his granddaughter, Stacey Williams of Casper, grandson, Swade Geiger of Los Angeles, CA, and granddaughter, Harley Geiger of Casper, two great granddaughters and numerous close family friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Katherine Geiger, his son, David Geiger, his brother Howard Geiger, his sister, Gladys Betlaf, and his brother Melvin Geiger. Inurnment will take place at Memorial Gardens Cemetery at a later date. The family plans a reception after the service.
