Heather M. Kohm was called home on May 9, 2016. Heather was in a hurry to enter this world, she was born 2 months early on December 27, 1979 in Salt Lake City Utah to Duran J. Kohm and Theresa (Grass) Lancaster. Heather bravely battled Cystic Fibrosis her entire life. Managing to beat many odds against her, despite or in spite of her illness. Heather lived her life as fully as she could. Heather was a lifelong resident of Lander, Wyoming graduating from Lander Valley High School in 1999. She was so excited to graduate so she could pursue her many interests. Heather found a life partner in Jeff Palomeno and together they enjoyed many hobbies. She was an avid outdoors woman, enjoyed fishing, camping, hiking, hunting, snow machining, travel, concerts, hanging out with her nephews, family and friends. In 2013 Heather and Jeff parted ways. She was lucky and found love again and a new life partner in Curt Higby with whom she shared her life until her passing. Heather was preceded in death by her beloved maternal grandmother Lorraine Grass; grandfather, Alvin Grass; and father, Duran Kohm.
