Hazel Patzek

Hazel F. Patzek, 98 of Casper WY passed away on October 27, 2012 at Life Care Center. Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 3, 2012 at Bustard's Funeral Home. Pastor Steve Burnett will be Officiating. Interment will be set at a later date. Hazel was born in Papillion, NE on August 1, 1914 to William Jr. and Myrtle (Honham) Uhe. Her favorite activities include dancing and music. She worked as a retail clerk for the Casper Commissary and for Albertsons. She was a member of the BPOE Elks Doe, and Casper Water Ski Club. Hazel is survived by her Daughter Donna (Jim) Swingholm of Casper, WY, Son John (Arlene) Pike of Kerrville, TX, Grandsons Shawn J. Swingholm, of El Paso, TX, Shane T. Swingholm of Lake Havasu, AZ, Dr. Anthony (Jane) Pike of Eureka Springs, AK, Granddaughter Dr. Jennifer L. Pike PHD of Los Angeles, CA, and Great Grandson Ryan Swingholm of Casper, WY. Hazel was preceded in death by her parents, William and Myrtle Uhe, Great Grandsons Austin Swingholm of Casper, WY Cody Swingholm of Lake Havasu, AZ, Drake Swingholm of Lake Havasu, AZ, Step Daughter Kathy Hamilton of Washington, Step Son Bob Patzek of Arvada, CO.
